TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General

1.1 Commissions are focused exclusively on furry characters1.2 Clients must be 18 or older.1.3 I'm open to drawing a wide range of themes as long as we reach a clear agreement beforehand.

2. Payment

2.1 All payments must be made in USD via PayPal, with full payment required upfront before work begins.2.2 If alternative versions (alts) are requested after the initial payment, a $1 processing fee will be added per new transaction. (This fee does not apply to alts included in the original payment).2.3 Tips are appreciated but not required.

3. Workflow

3.1 Prior discussion before payment is always preferred so I can confirm pricing and any potential adjustments before the commission starts. After payment confirmation, I will provide an initial sketch.3.2 Revisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the requested changes. Minor adjustments are included, but significant alterations or additional requests beyond the original agreement may incur extra fees.3.3 For YCH commissions, the rules written directly in the promotional posts take priority over the general terms listed here.

4. References and Designs

4.1 I do not draw original characters (OCs) without the owner’s consent. It's the client’s responsibility to ensure they have permission to use any OC (except for characters from large brands).4.2 A reference sheet is mandatory unless the character is from a large brand.4.3 For characters with designs that are highly detailed or complex, an additional fee may apply.4.4 Pose and angle references are optional but highly preferred to ensure accuracy. If no visual reference is provided, I will work from a written description.

5. Delivery Timeframe and Client Queue

5.1 The estimated delivery time is between 1 to 12 weeks, starting from when payment is received, all necessary details are provided, and the client’s turn comes up in the queue.5.2 Queue Skipping: A client can skip the queue entirely by paying an additional $50.
5.3 Queue Limit: My client queue will be limited to 10 active clients at a time.
5.4 Queue Updates: I will keep clients informed of their position in the queue whenever it advances.
5.5 Raffles: Free art raffles will always be placed at the end of my client queue, meaning paid commissions take priority.
5.6 Delays: If unexpected issues arise, I will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1. Refunds are only available for full render commissions.6.2 If a commission is canceled, whether by me (the artist) or by the client, the refund will be issued based on the stage of completion as follows:
- During the sketch phase: 60% of the total payment will be refunded.
- During the lineart phase: 40% of the total payment will be refunded.
- During the flat color phase: 20% of the total payment will be refunded.
- After the flat color phase or for completed commissions: No refunds will be issued.6.3 Refund amounts are calculated based on the received payment, excluding PayPal fees.6.4 I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if I feel that I cannot meet the client's expectations.

7. Usage rights

7.1 The commissioned artwork is for your personal use, and you are welcome to post it on your social media or other platforms.7.2 The editable source file (.CSP) can be provided for an additional fee equal to 100% of the total price of the commission.7.3 If you wish to obtain full creative rights, including unrestricted distribution/comercialization and the removal of my signature, the cost will be 5 times the total commission price.

8. Personal Information Protection

8.1 PayPal transactions provide personal information such as your full name and address. I will never share, distribute, or publicize this information in any way, in full compliance with data protection laws.
